Candice Morgan is the Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Partner at Google Ventures and former Head of Inclusion & Diversity at Pinterest. While at Pinterest, Candice created strategies and programs to support the hiring and development of diverse talent, while creating policies that helped support inclusive structure within the company.
Candice draws from her background as an expert in social psychology to the DE&I world to better understand how and why people think and behave the way they do.
